RJ Before He Died
A percentage of profits from my memoir about my grandson, RJ, will be donated to C.H.I.N – Congenital Heart Information Network, to help children everywhere who have heart disease. On their site, they maintain a lovely Portrait Gallery of children who are either being treated or have sadly passed on… it is both touching and sad, yet a great help to families such as ours who have lost little ones to heart disease. RJ’s Anniversary
Today, 2/11, is the fourth anniversary of my grandson, RJ’s death. He was only two and half years old then, so he would have been six and a half years old now! I can only imagine what fun we would have with him, had he lived. Since he died of sudden heart failure, I am donating a percentage of my book’s profits to a charitable organization, Congential Heart Information Network or C.H.I.N. (See the link on this site) to help other children with heart defects or disease.
